The free visibility check costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you cancel a project before we have started work on it, any advance you paid is refunded in full.
Projects are scoped and quoted in writing before we begin. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for the work completed up to that point — we will show you exactly what was done — and the rest of any advance is returned.
Ongoing services (content, search, ads management, automation) run month to month. Cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again. We do not lock you into long contracts.
If we missed what was agreed in the written scope, tell us and we fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it, we refund the part that was not delivered.
